Sigma Plus Regency Square Suites

About

Overlooking the gardens of one of Brighton's most iconic seafront squares, a restored 1820s Regency townhouse has been given a new life. Sigma Plus Regency Square Suites offers ten individually designed, fully self-contained luxury suites, combining the privacy of a beautiful home with the finish of a boutique stay.

Original Regency proportions have been carefully retained, including high ceilings, generous windows and restored period detailing, while the interiors take a restrained, material-led approach. Solid oak, walnut and stone sit alongside velvet bouclé and wool rugs, creating an environment that is calm and considered. Materials are sourced predominantly from the UK, and a commitment to local makers and artists keeps the property deeply rooted in the city it calls home.

Suites range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, each fully self-contained with well-equipped kitchens, living areas, workspaces and high-speed WiFi. Expect high thread count linens, non-feather bedding, seriously comfortable beds, Grind coffee and Bird & Blend teas, and thoughtful touches throughout. Bathrooms feature smart toilets with bidet functions and carefully selected toiletries, ensuring a consistently high standard throughout.

Half the rooms are south-facing, with views across the gardens to the sea. Suite Three's sweeping bay window frames uninterrupted views of the i360 and West Pier; the penthouse offers a softer, more intimate retreat, while the three-bedroom suite is ideal for bridal parties and special group celebrations, offering generous communal space alongside the privacy and flexibility of a self-contained home.

Coastal references run subtly throughout, from curved headboards echoing the waves to aquamarine tones in the bathrooms, with artwork and furnishings sourced from local Brighton and Sussex makers and galleries.

The result is a distinctly Brighton kind of stay, rooted in its architectural past, connected to its creative community, and designed with a level of care that reveals itself over time.
