Every month there are hundreds of Brighton events to choose from including cultural events, live music, family-friendly events, theatre, dance, comedy, art and craft events as well as nightlife in Brighton.

The Faces of Bloomsbury

Charleston our showcasing ten visiting works that will hang alongside their world-leading collection of paintings, furniture and objects. These extraordinary portraits by and of influential Bloomsbury group figures will appear for a limited time across the studio, living rooms and bedrooms at Charleston in Firle. 


Kickass Collective

Kickass Women is back… with a twist. Enter Kickass Collective! Join Platf9rm in a celebration of the people that are shaping the future of our city. A month-long programme of workshops and events will bring the community together to get inspired, learn new skills and collaborate for a better future.


Mother's Day

Whether it's a classic afternoon tea, a Sunday Roast or something a bit different such a Nature Mandala Workshop there is something to make every mother's day special this year in Brighton. Alternatively escape the city and treat Mum to a day out in the stunning Sussex countryside perhaps a trip to a vineyard or lunch at a luxury country hotel.


Art & Cocktails

Enjoy a guided tour of Helm Gallery and in depth introduction to the current exhibition - I Don't Know by Magda Archer. With three cocktails included from the new winter menu. You will be shown how their curated cocktails are made, what makes them special and leave you inspired.


The Rime of the Ancient Mariner 

In an age that is increasingly aware of humanity’s relationship to, and dependence upon the environment, Coleridge’s ‘poem of the biosphere’ is undergoing a popular revival. And no wonder; it is a rollicking good yarn suffused with elements of the gothic and the downright ghostly… ‘an unforgettable story told in unforgettable language’.


St Patrick's Day Ceilidh 

Join Fabrica for an evening of live music (and a fully stocked bar), led by notorious Ceilidh maestros The Brighton Ceilidh Collective. This event is a special fundraiser in which the money raised goes to supporting Fabrica as a charity.


Cluedo 2 - The Next Chapter 

With an all-new story, written by BAFTA Award winners Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran, Cluedo 2 - The Next Chapter is a rollicking spoof of a comedy that will keep you guessing right up to the final twist and invites budding detectives of all ages, from 8 to 80 and beyond, to watch for the clues and unravel the secrets, as we all try to work out whodunnit... with what... and where!


CLT DRP 

With elements of punk, electronica and heavy pop, CLT DRP have created an uncompromising sound that’s uniquely their own. The band will be playing a homecoming gig at Revenge. 


Super Trouper Singalong! 

Step away from the hairbrush and let quirky songstress Lorraine Bowen guide you through a day of singing ABBA together. Learn tips and tricks for great vocals, including breathing, diction and performance, and get ready to say Thank You for the Music in time for the 50th anniversary of ABBA’s historic Eurovision win.


ABBA: One Week in Brighton 

Celebrate the 50th anniversary of ABBA’s Eurovision win at Brighton Dome on 6 April 1974. Walk, dance, and sing through ABBA’s visit to Brighton, through photographs, film, memories, and memorabilia and discover the week that catapulted the band to fame.
