Winter Welly Walk at Leonardslee: 7 February – 1 March
Pull on your wellies and head out the door, it’s time to bound along on this adventurous Welly Walk and follow the giant 5ft wellies this February Half-Term! As you and your little ones stomp your way through our trail, you will all have the chance to learn a whole heap of fascinating facts about Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens and nature along the way!
Story Magic at Komedia: 13 February
Join performers Natasha and Jack in an entertaining and engaging lesson that will ignite the magic of storytelling. Each 40-minute session will explore a children’s story and include original songs, classic nursery rhymes, games, and puppets.
Kids Trail Mission Spring at Borde Hill: 14 February – 22 March
Agent Snowdrop needs your help! Spring has gone missing, and we suspect Winter has locked it away. Your secret mission, should you choose to accept it, is to join the Secret Nature Agency and help bring Spring back to life. Armed with your Agent Booklet and pencil from HQ, you’ll set off through the Garden on an interactive story trail, decoding clues, completing nature challenges, and meeting special agents along the way.
Go wild at Drusillas Park: 14 – 22 February
Keep the kids half-term happy with a zooper day out at Drusillas Park - voted one of the best days out with kids in Sussex! This family friendly zoo offers little (and big) ones a wonderfully engaging animal experience, where the focus is always on 'fun finding out'. Don't miss their special offer, kids tickets for only £5 with a full paying adult from 14 - 22 February.
Twilight in Concert at the Brighton Centre: 16 February

We're Going on a Bear Hunt at Brighton Dome: 20 - 22 February
A family go on an expedition of a lifetime - running down the grassy bank, wading through the cold river, squelching over the oozy mud, stumbling into the dark forest, then peering into a cave… what will they find? Little Angel Theatre brings Michael Rosen’s thrilling and funny adventure to life in this entrancing puppetry production directed by Peter Glanville and with music and lyrics by renowned singer-songwriter Barb Jungr.
Enjoy high adventure at Branching Out: Various dates
Branching Out is a brilliant adventure park, ready to give you a fun-filled ride through their unique woodland site on a zipwire or a tree top bounce your kids will never forget! Their friendly team are focused on supporting children (aged 3+) and adults in outdoor fun, adventure, breaking barriers, education and more.
Walk with dinosaurs at SEA LIFE Brighton: Various Dates
SEA LIFE Brighton are bringing you some roarsome entertainment this half-term. Alongside exploring all the exciting underwater creatures who call the SEA LIFE Brighton home, you can now head to the Day and Night Display to experience their new VR to step into a land where dinosaurs roam all around you if you dare!
Painting fun at The Last Drip: Various dates
Introducing The Last Drip, Brighton’s most colourful, creative and totally unforgettable splatter paint experience. Located in the heart of the Lanes at Brighton Square, this art activity is all about letting go, making a mess, and having fun!
Escape Boredom at Pier Pressure: Various dates
