We offer four unique and unusual activities for teams, conferences and away days. Each of our experiences have been hand and heart-crafted by our team of creatives and are fired by stress-busting & dynamic laughter, team building with chocolate making and mindful, sensory walks in restorative nature. Amandala Team Events have a collaborative focus which deepens employee engagement and strengthens your culture of support, connection and group cohesion. 

Our activities are perfect for any group needing to relax, release, re-energise, connect and communicate in new ways and restore a positive outlook on life, work and health.

THE LAUGHTER GYM
Hilarious! Energy injecting, de-stressing and playful group laughter. Includes Laughter Yoga and thousands of giggles in this interactive and bonding session. (30/45/60 mins)

LOVE CHOCOLATE MAKING WORKSHOPS
Indulgent, delicious and playful team journeys through everything chocolate! Includes tastings, making truffles together and taking away hand made and packaged creations. (1.5/2 hrs)

CHOCOLATE CHUCKLES
Endorphin-fuelled and delicious marriage of both a dynamic Laughter Gym session and a Love Chocolate Making Workshop. This is the ultimate team building package. (1/2 day)

WOODLAND WELLBEING – (Forest Bathing but not wild swimming)

A sensory and calming journey, walking and bathing in the beauty of woodlands and nature beyond. You will leave this mindful, meditative wander feeling uplifted, enchanted, luminous and deeply connected to nature. A truly special experience that stays with you. We visit beautiful parks and woodland close to Brighton. (1.5 - 3 hrs)

Lengthier Laugh Alive and Forest Bathing corporate group workshops are available
