Venue Hire at Phoenix Art Space
Phoenix Art Space is centrally located between St Peter’s Church and the Level, and only a 10 minute walk from Brighton Station. Our large, airy, light building has a range of creative spaces suitable for exhibitions, events, workshops, and meetings. Our year-round programme of exhibitions, vibrant café and helpful team form a welcoming and inspiring environment for coming together, sharing ideas, and creating new things. A thriving and dynamic space, we provide and maintain a range of creative opportunities in the heart of the city, including artist studios and two public galleries.

All our spaces are on the ground floor and are fully accessible via a ramp. There is an accessible toilet on the same floor, as well as a licensed café / bar.

Main Gallery
When not hosting one of our many exhibitions, the Main Gallery is a versatile space, perfect to host your dinner, reception or even daytime meeting. The room boasts large windows letting in rays of natural sunlight, and high ceilings. Available for business events, conferences or seminars, seated dinners, blessings or commemorations.
We have a licensed café/bar on-site, and catering options can be discussed.
 

Workshop Rooms
We have two workshop rooms along our ground floor corridor, the White and Red room. Both have large windows down one side, and are similar in size. These are great spaces for getting messy, painting and making. These rooms are used for our course programme, and can also be hired for independent creative use. Ideal for: Workshops, rehearsals, team training, activity days, group making.

Project Space
This is our clean space for exhibitions, digital projects, pop-ups, screenings, seminars, training days and organisational groups. Ideal for: Performances, photoshoots, rehearsals, talks and seminars, workshops, pop-ups, film screenings, meetings, training days and team building or away days.
