We make pizzas that are soft and pillowy, rather than thin and crispy or a pizza pie. Our pizza dough is made on site every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by our pizziaoli who cook every pizza in our wood fired oven at 450+ degrees.
The proving means we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast in our dough, so our pizzas are light and easily digestible.
Our Hove pizzeria is spacious and open, with distinct areas for dining. You can sit at the counter and watch the kitchen action, upstairs on the mezzanine and on brighter days our terrace is perfect for soaking up the sun and the atmosphere. We have a party room that you can book for bigger groups. As well as pizzas we are renowned for our cocktails - the Hugo and a Negroni Sabagliato (or served classic if that’s your preference).
