On Middle Street, just yards from the picturesque Brighton shorefront, you will find The Bootlegger, our latest speakeasy-inspired bar. Harking back to the underground glamour of the 1920s to the late 1960s, this hideaway is the place for a raucous good time.

Our venue’s striking decor, an industrial mix of exposed bricks & wood, Edison bulbs & cosy corners, creates a unique experience. The cocktail menu has been specially designed to complement the character of the bar. Our servers are well-versed in the art of fabulous cocktails and can serve you any of our 80 concoctions, varying from century-old favourites to modern mixology stars. For those who’d prefer something different, we also serve a wide array of delicious spirits, beers, ciders & wines.

We also provide Happy Hour throughout the week. Why not mix and match our cocktails?  2 for £16.00 Sunday to Thursday all night, Friday till 9pm and Saturday till 8pm.
