The original Flour Pot Bakery, situated in Brighton’s hip North Laine area, has become synonymous with good, simple food served in a laid back, Nordic inspired ambience of copper, marble and wood.
What started as a wholesale bakery, creating beautifully hand-crafted bread, cakes and pastries has grown into one of Brighton’s most unassuming, relevant and fervently received food and coffee haunts.
Using the best possible, seasonal ingredients and serving locally roasted coffee from their sister company, The Milk Shed, The Flour Pot has been wooing customers 7 days a week with its artisan breads, sandwiches and baguettes filled with carefully sourced, well combined ingredients as well as the finest selection of delectable cakes and specially selected Bird & Blend teas.
With ten locations now all around Brighton, Hove and Worthing, including a licensed brunch cafe at Fiveways and a pizza restaurant in the iconic King’s Road Arches on Brighton Beach, it is The Flour Pot's mission to bring back the community bakery to all of these areas. The Flour Pot cafés are an unmissable destination for any Brighton resident or visitor.
The Four Pot Kitchen on the beach is an exciting twist on our classic Flour Pot shops. Alongside artisan breads, freshly made sandwiches and pastries, they serve a selection of sourdough pizzas paired with cocktails and a lovingly curated Italian wine list. Likewise, the flagship Fiveways store serves a full brunch menu with classics such as Eggs Benedict on their own English Muffins, alongside seasonal specials.
They've also created a range of Flour Pot products to complement the breads, like their Jalapeno Jam (perfect with cheese) and Strawberry & Lime Jam. You can find all of these and more on their website, with the option now to click and collect all of our products:
