Brighton’s favourite independent venue, Komedia, has been the go-to spot for live events since 1994.
Renowned for its fabulous comedy nights – having won the prestigious Chortle Award for Best Comedy Venue in the South & East a record number of times - the venue hosts over 700 events a year across a range of genres: comedy, live music, club nights, drag, cabaret, live podcasts, book launches, and even children’s theatre.

Within the venue, you’ll find two performance spaces - the intimate Studio and larger Basement. Both spaces have a fully stocked bar, and the Basement has its own kitchen from which freshly prepared food is available at most seated shows. Check out the various food & drink menus here.
