Foraging & Sustainable Events

At Brighton Cookery School we are passionate about making sustainable choices, from the ingredients we use to the suppliers we work with.

Our hugely popular Hedgerow & Forest Foraging classes are an ideal way to educate yourself on just what your surroundings can offer in the way of free and environmentally friendly ingredients.

Our knowledgeable chef will then teach you the best way to make the very most of your foraged goodies back at the cookery school where you’ll create a delicious meal before you sit back and relax in our dining area to enjoy the fruits of your labour!

School Enrichment

Our classes are fun and informative in a supported environment; this gives our students the confidence to be hands on with raw produce and kitchen equipment, enabling them to create delicious dishes from scratch. All our lessons are followed up with recipe and method cards so they can go home and recreate what they have learnt and with each lesson the students get to take home the dishes they have produced.
