Hiking & Yoga Day Retreats
Did you know about the spectacular countryside right behind Brighton? Brighton & Hove has several local nature reserves in and around the city! We usually start the day with Qi-Gong before heading out for a scenic walk. We will pause for a beginner-friendly, feel-good yoga flow and a picnic on the way. It is a soothing remedy to the tensions of modern life and the ideal opportunity to get back to nature and reconnect with mind, body and soul.
Yoga and Forest Bathing
Discover Brighton's beautiful woodlands and experience 'Shinrin Yoku' – also known as forest bathing. A unique antidote to the hustle and bustle of modern life, this method of observing nature and breathwork is proven to reduce stress, improve memory and offer a calm and peaceful clarity. Your
experience will see you walk through remote parts of the forest with an expert instructor, taking in the sights and sounds of the woodlands and open fields, followed by a beginner-friendly session of feel-good yoga flow and forest bathing. It's the perfect opportunity to get back to nature, reconnect with yourself, and discover a new hobby.
