We are a small group of independent yoga teachers and outdoor enthusiasts offering yoga classes, outdoor retreats, and workshops in Brighton's beautiful countryside.
Imagine a yoga practice surrounded by birds and squirrels or a yoga flow with a sea view to the sound of the waves. Imagine yoga on a remote hill with a panoramic view where falcons circle over your head and the beautiful smell of fresh air. Being in nature adds a new dimension to your practice that turns every class into a creative and playful experience. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere, feel healthier and more balanced!
All our outdoor yoga classes are beginner-friendly and affordable. We offer concession prices for students and people with low income. The different yoga styles include Vinyasa Flow, Scaravelli Yoga, Yoga Flow, Mindful Hatha Yoga and many more. Explore our timetable to find the right class for you. All our teachers are available for one-to-one as well.
