About
Hot Fox Pottery is a small, friendly pottery studio in Brighton, offering pottery classes, workshops and hands-on ceramics experiences for all levels. Whether you're visiting Brighton and want a memorable one-off activity, or you're looking for an in-depth pottery course, we have something for you.
Run by Alice and Tom Fox from our warm, homely loft studio, our sessions are taught by the people who actually run the place. All our pottery workshops are beginner-friendly, and guests often describe the experience as relaxing, mindful and therapeutic — surprising themselves with what they can make, even if they haven't touched clay since school!
We keep our groups small, so you get real individual attention whether you're trying wheel throwing or hand-building for the first time or developing existing skills. We use high-end stoneware clay and a huge range of beautiful glazes, so the pots you make are pieces you'll use and treasure for years.
We're experienced at running creative sessions for larger groups too — from hen parties and team-building away days to birthdays and family reunions — and we can bring our mobile pottery studio to your venue.
"An excellent experience led by trustworthy professionals." — Mikey ★★★★★
