About

What to expect- In this 3 hour session (with breaks) you will explore the whole cycle - not just the bleeding days - to understand your cyclical/hormonal changes that occur each month, that make your cycling experience unique to to you; the good, the bad and the ugly!

No pressure to perform - it is about being together as cyclical humans to try creative ways of getting to know yourself and your rhythm better.

You are encouraged - to bring anything that helps your creativity - pens and paper, musical instrument, writing journal, props etc. Depending where you are in your cycle you might want to bring a blanket to be snuggly..or just bring yourself.

Host: Hi - I'm Gina Kawecka, a passionate and experienced Youth Theatre Director, Artist and Menstruality Leader. I love creating comfortable and inspiring spaces to play with theatre making methods, learn, share stories and experiences (if you want to!) in an atmosphere of respect and laughter.

This workshop will appeal to those who are familiar with the book 'Period Queen' by Lucy Peach.
