A fun creative workshop about periods. Using theatre games and exercises to explore your monthly cycle. If you like acting, writing, music or are just curious you are welcome in this safe space for girls aged 13-16. No pressure to perform! It's about exploring different ways to get to understand your own cyclical changes.
Host: Gina Kawecka, an experienced and respected Youth Theatre Director and Mensturality Leader. Gina loves getting together in groups to share stories and experiences, play with theatre making methods, and hold a space of respect and laughter.
