Get ready to move, groove, and grow! This Afro mix cardio class is designed for movers of all levels. Ill guide you step by step through follow along moves. The principle is the same as Zumba but with a variety of Afro moves ( azonto, coup decal, kuduro, ndombolo, afrocubano steps, amapiano, street dance , house dance)
Its more than just a dance class - its a high-energy, social experience where we feed off each others vibe and push past our limits together. Expect to sweat, build your confidence , and have fun!
