About
A chance to slow down, be present and explore the Brighton seafront through mindful seeing, photography and creative connection-
A Free Taster Workshop Exploring Mindful Seeing, Creativity and Connection with the Sea.
Brighton Photo Fringe 2026 Festival
What happens when we slow down and really look?
In this gentle outdoor workshop, we’ll explore mindful seeing, creativity and our connection with the sea. Through simple photography and mindfulness-based exercises, you’ll be invited to slow down, become more present and experience the sea and seafront differently.
There’s no need to be an experienced photographer. Just bring a camera or simply use your phone. The focus is not on technical photography, but on noticing, seeing and connecting with what is around you.
Come and take a pause from the rush of everyday life, explore your surroundings with fresh eyes and discover how slowing down can open up new possibilities for creativity.
Who is it for?
Everyone with an interest in photography, art, meditation, mindfulness, creativity or simply a love of the sea.
