Unlock the art of aromatherapy and massage in this hands-on, restorative workshop. You will learn a simple, soothing 15-minute Indian Head Massage routine designed to melt away tension, clear mental clutter, and promote total well-being—skills you can use for everyday self-care or to share with family and friends.

We’ll be combining these traditional touch techniques with an aromatherapy massage oil blend crafted by Caitlin. You will experience firsthand how high-quality oils enhance the physical benefits of massage, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply relaxed.

You’ll have a chance to receive massage and give massage during the workshop as you practice the techniques you’ve learnt on one another.
You’ll also be taking home a booklet of the techniques I teach and have the opportunity to pick up a bottle of 30mL Alchymis Massage Oil at a discounted price.

What to wear:

Massage techniques will be taught whilst you’re fully clothed, so please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting oil on. A strappy top is best so you can lower the straps to allow massage over the shoulders and upper back.
If you have long hair, please bring something to tie it back with.
You’ll be receiving massage over your scalp, so some oil will get in your hair.
