Monumental & The Hornets

About

Hailing from West London, The Hornets play 1960s influenced Rhythm & Blues.

Formed in 2017, they have recently sold out shows up and down the country; including venues such as The 100 Club, The Dublin Castle, The Cavern Liverpool, and the Isle of WightFestival.

They consist of Bailey Penny on Lead Guitar, Andrew Pearce on Bass Guitar, Ben Finan on Lead Vocals, and Mark Freeman on Drums.

Born from a clash of wildly different personalities, Essex lads Finn, Alfie, Nathan and Denny, have come together to create the powerhouse that is Monumental.

Known for their sharp songwriting and high energy live performances, they have an Indie/BritPop vibe with a splash of Mod. They start their set as they mean to go on, with an impressively massive yet refreshing sound.

In just two and a half years they’ve written a string of anthemic songs which never fail to excite their audience. With a growing fanbase, they’ve already graced many an iconic stage around London and the Home Counties.

Gig by gig, banger after banger, they are really turning heads and are steadily carving out their rightful place in the indie/alternative music scene.
