It’s a studio first! Join us for the perfect relaxation combo of paint, prosecco and pilates.

With a glass of prosecco in hand we will take you step by step through the Femme Fatale artwork – it’s all about expression and bringing your most authentic self to canvas.

Now your mind is relaxed, we will work on your body with an hour of open level pilates with Niamh Brangwyn from Revitalise: A full body workout, focusing on strengthening and lengthening through the body. A mix of traditional and dynamic Pilates exercises to improve strength, stability, flexibility and posture. Technique will be thoroughly explained, with individual adjustments to ensure you are progressing in your practice. We finish with a stretch to nourish the muscles and optimize flexibility. All levels and ability welcome.

Your ticket includes:

- A free glass of prosecco on arrival (or alternative soft drink).
- All art materials to create your masterpiece.
- A talented, fun and patient artist guiding you step-by-step through your artwork.
- An open level pilates session provided by Revitalise.
