About
Explore the open-air Brighton seafront exhibition, in conversation with artist Eva Kalpadaki about meditation, time, stillness and the sea.
Part of Brighton Photo Fringe 2026 Festival
The Sea, Stillness and Creativity
An artist’s exploration of photography, meditation, nature and the creative mind.
Using my exhibition SA TA NA MA as a starting point, I’ll talk about my personal relationship with the sea and how photography, meditation and stillness have become intertwined with my creative life.
I’ll explore how calming the mind and connecting with nature can create space for creativity, and how SA TA NA MA emerged from this relationship between photography, meditation and the sea. I’ll also share how my experiences during COVID, my daily swims and other creative living habits have shaped the way I think about wellbeing, creativity and everyday life.
The talk will also touch on my work as a Creativity Life Coach and my passion for helping people unlock their creative potential.
Who is it for?
Everyone with an interest in photography, art, meditation, mindfulness, creativity, creative living or simply a love of the sea.
Just drop by! Weather permitting.
