Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll discover the art and science of herbal bath blends. You’ll learn about the therapeutic properties of a range of soothing herbs: lavender, chamomile, comfrey leaves, plantain, St. John’s Wort, rose petals, and more! Guided by our host, you’ll explore scent profiles, learn which herbs pair best for your goals, and blend your very own bathtub tea to take home.
Whether you’re looking to unwind after a long week, ease sore muscles after exercise, or simply treat yourself to a little self-care, you’ll leave with everything you need to enjoy a deeply restorative evening.
