About
Sound Affectsis a night of talks about music and subcultures, ideas around how sound affects us and how music changes the world. Hearing from writers, musicians, artists, superfans, photographers, filmmakers and everyday music lovers, we dive into personal stories, esoteric bands, fan communities, punk, pop, social change and much more. It's organised and hosted by journalist and documentary filmmaker Jak Hutchcraft. [http://jakhutchcraft.com/portfolio]

Her new exhibition, Holy Pop!, opens at Somerset House on 21st May and is an exhibition celebrating the world of modern shrines, the objects and collections through which we honour heroes, celebrities, and cult icons.
Jamie Ross Hulme:Producer/director who has worked across the board in music, youth culture, marketing, advertising and entertainment for over 20 years.
