Trains at Speed: Special Train Running Day at Brighton Toy Museum

About

Step back into the Golden Age of Steam at Brighton Toy Museum’s special one-day event: Trains of Speed!

Join us on Saturday, June 14th for a nostalgic celebration of iconic 1930s streamlined locomotives – including models inspired by the legendary Mallard, Silver King, and the magnificent Coronation.

This is a rare opportunity to see some of the most elegant and powerful trains ever built – up close and in motion! For this special day, we’re removing the protective screens on our 0-gauge layout, giving you a rare behind-the-scenes view of these historical masterpieces in action.

Special Feature:

Museum Founder and Director Chris Littledale will personally run and showcase his favorite locomotives throughout the day.
