About
WildBop at Low Tide is a freeform dance journey on the wet sand, held at low tide. We gather with ceremonial cacao (optional) and set our intentions together, then move into a carefully curated musical journey through silent disco headphones, world flavours, deep bass, house, Afro trance and more.. building and softening in waves. There is no right or wrong way to move here, just your body, the sand beneath your feet, the open sky, and the sound in your ears. We close with stretch and a guided meditation to land you gently back.
