Yoga and Team Building Events
Why not start your conference or business meeting with a yoga class on the beach, or enjoy a wellness trip with your team. This is the perfect opportunity to explore the Southdowns, learn about trees and nature or simply have time out in the countryside.
All our yoga classes are very beginner-friendly, and you can choose the style (Gentle Hatha, Scaravelli, nourishing flow, dynamic vinyasa flow) and place. Don't worry if you don't know yet, you can decide on the day.
Private Group Bookings for Outdoor Wellness Days
Our outdoor wellness days are perfect for team building events. We can adjust the length and level of the walk and finish the trip in a lovely restaurant or at a beautiful Vineyard with transport back to town after lunch and a sparkling drink.
