Re-balance your mind, body, and soul with outdoor yoga, hiking, and forest bathing in and around Brighton. Discover beautiful places, scenic views, and historic trails with BrightonYoga.

Outdoor Yoga & Team Building Events
We create memorable outdoor and nature-based wellness experiences for small groups of up to 20 people. Whether you’d like to start a conference with yoga on the beach or treat your team to a day in nature, we offer unique events across Brighton and the South Downs.

Our Private Estate in Bolney
Just 20 minutes from Brighton, we have exclusive access to over 100 acres of privately owned fields and woodland in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with stunning views over the South Downs. This beautiful setting is perfect for yoga, Pilates, forest bathing, foraging, nature walks, sound baths, and BBQs. Every event begins with snacks and refreshments and ends with time around the firepit.

Private Group Bookings & Outdoor Wellness Days
All our events are beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. We tailor the walk or activity to your group.
