The Wagner Hall, Fig Tree Garden and 2 meeting rooms are just 10 minutes from Brighton Station and under 5 minutes to the sea, we couldn’t be more central. Wagner Hall can be hired in a variety of flexible ways to suit your event. With or without seating,  hire the venue empty and dress it how you like or we can help you with suppliers, bars and catering.

Wagner Hall 

Wagner Hall is a truly versatile 16×12.m blank canvas with its raked theatre seating for 114 (+ floor seating), the 6x7m stage (with full changing facilities) and shiny new catering kitchen. Whether you’re looking to hold a film festival, a dance performance, film a music video, a photo shoot, a conference, a workshop, an installation or a wedding reception, there really are endless possibilities.

There’s a bonus with this space that few venues in Brighton can offer, the gem that is the Fig Tree Garden, step outside into an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet only a pebbles throw away from the seafront.

 

Fig Tree Kitchen

A new shiny catering kitchen is available for hire at Wagner Hall. You’ll find a double sink, an oven, hob, preparation island and a double catering fridge.

A great space for a cookery lesson, food preparation for Wagner Hall events or for caterers to hire to prepare food for other events around the city.

 

Spire Room 

The larger and most versatile of the two meetings spaces; Spire Room can seat 14 boardroom style around a large conference table, up to 40 theatre style or a classroom arrangement with trestle tables can seat up to 20. This room can also become a yoga or pilates studio, a workshop space or a networking space. Equipped with super fast wifi, large presentation ready TV and self catering drinks area. Thoughtfully resigned with some unusual features like the gallery wall and a faux living pillar. 

 

Fig Room 

With its view of the Fig Tree Garden this charming meeting room can seat 10 boardroom style around a conference table, up to 30 theatre style or a classroom arrangement with trestle tables can seat up to 16. This room can also become an interview room, break out area, or a workshop space. Equipped with super fast wifi, large presentation ready TV and self catering drinks area. Thoughtfully resigned with some unusual features like the faux living pillar and quirky art.
