About
We are a family run business and have three stores in Brighton & Hove, open seven days' a week, selling freshly baked and filled bagels to eat in or take away.
Our first store located at 7 Bond Street opened in 1999, our second store 106 Church Road Hove opened in 2003, and our third store located at 108 St James's Street opened in 2022.
Every bagel is rolled by hand, proved, steamed and baked by our bakery nestled in the heart of the North Laine behind our Bond Street store in Brighton. They are then made to order in our stores using premium deli ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
We have a variety of filled bagel options on our menu to cater for everyone, and all our unfilled bagels are vegan. Our most popular bagels are the CBA, Lox Deluxe and the Reuben, or you can 'build your own' from our extensive range of premium deli-style
fillings, including our house-made Hot Salt Beef.
We also can cater for coeliacs with our hugely popular chia seed free from gluten bagels. We are a bakery that handles flour, so there may be atmospheric cross contamination. Although we are not coeliac certified, we do have procedures in place
when preparing a free from gluten bagel to prevent cross contamination.
Each year since 2022 we have placed in the top 3, top 10, and top 20 in the Bravo Awards, and in 2019 we were the proud winners of the Deliveroo Best Brunch Award.
