We make pizzas that are soft and pillowy, rather than thin and crispy or a pizza pie. Our pizza dough is made on site every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by our pizziaoli who cook every pizza in our wood fired oven at 450+ degrees.

The proving means we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast in our dough, so our pizzas are light and easily digestible. 

Found on London Road, our first pizzeria in Brighton will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are proud to be a part of our community, always ready with a warm welcome for our regulars and newcomers through the door. You can choose to sit at the counter and watch the wood fired oven action, over looking the main floor on the cosy mezzanine or outside in better weather.
