Welcome to Franco Manca!

We don’t overcomplicate. We don’t overprice. We don’t stuff crusts. We do sourdough pizza, as it should be. Our slow-rising sourdough is made on site daily. It’s blast cooked at 450°C meaning the flavour, aroma and moisture cannot escape. We top it with traditional ingredients sourced from small suppliers across Italy and the UK. And they start from £5.

We have updated our menu to bring fresh, seasonal ingredients to our menu for spring/summer 21.

The new menu features

New No.3 pizza: Roasted courgettes, ricotta, British mozzarella, roasted baby plum tomatoes and Franco & Cantarelli Grana [no tomato base] £7.95 V [add free range spicy lamb sausage or free range Yorkshire fennel sausage for £1.85]

New No.7 pizza: Spicy ‘nduja from Spilinga, buffalo mozzarella, yellow tomatoes from Vesuvio, organic tomato & fresh basil £8.95

New bite: Burrata on toasted sourdough pizza bread, spicy n’duja from Spilinga, roasted baby plum tomatoes and wild rocket’ £5.70

New dips for your cornicione: Garlic dip, ‘nduja dip and wild garlic pesto dip (£1.25 each)

New dessert: Ricotta pudding, with wild berries & almonds

You can also earn a loyalty stamp on takeaway & delivery. Each receipt is valid for one stamp, just enter the code on the ‘Add takeaway stamp’ section on the app.
