Furna is the first solo venture for Dave Mothersill, who has been a chef in some of Brighton’s most praised restaurants over the past two decades. His honest, uncompromising approach to cooking has brought him both local and national acclaim.

The food is a simple tasting menu led by quality ingredients, with an emphasis on simplicity, seasonality and sustainability. The dishes are inspired, modern and change with the seasons and the Furna team delivers bold, ambitious cooking in a luxurious yet relaxed environment.

The restaurant features a beautiful walk-in wine cellar with a small, ever-evolving and carefully curated collection of wines.  

A private dining room is available for the ultimate intimate experience which can be hired for 4-8 guests and the group will have its own chef and waiter for the evening.
