Rockwater is your beachside home in Hove and offers so much more than just another bar or restaurant. 

From sunrise to sunset and beyond, we’re taking you through from early morning yoga and sea swims to evening craft workshops, comedy nights, live music and cocktails with friends.

With three floors to choose from, and an outside deck on the beach for takeaway food and drinks from our Shacks, we have something for everyone. 

Our cosy Lodge, with armchairs to sink into and a log burner to snuggle next to, is perfect for coffee in the morning and wine by the fire in the afternoons, accompanied by pastries and baked goods as well as toasties, pizzas, soups and charcuterie.

The Bar & Kitchen, with stunning beach views, offers all-day dining, seven days a week, with gastro pub food for the whole family to enjoy. and a carefully curated seasonal cocktail menu. 

And our stunning Roof Terrace, an all-year round, fully indoor space, with unimpeded sea views, can be transformed in summer with a retractable roof and glass French doors that can be opened to let the outside in. It also features a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea with ‘lounge’ style weatherproof furniture. Serving up small plates fusing Japanese flavours with the best of British seafood, meat and plant produce, this is a sumptuous space best paired with a cocktail from our carefully curated drinks menu.
