Presented by Helen Jewell Holistic Health

You are invited to immerse yourself in the essence of Rose - her fragrance, her petals, and her wisdom - in this deeply personal journey inward.

As you sip on fragrant rose tea, surrounded by the delicate aroma and the stunning immersive paintings of this sacred flower by artist Helen Rosa Whitaker, you’ll be introduced to Rose as your guide by herbalist and naturopath Helen Jewell.

From this space of connection, breathwork master Sam Procter will guide you through a transformative somatic breathwork session designed to bring you out of your thinking mind and deeply into your body. Through conscious breath, you’ll release, soften, and expand - arriving fully in the present moment.

From this grounded state, you’ll journey inward once more with Rose as your anchor, for a guided meditation that invites stillness, integration, and renewal.

This is a powerful ceremony - a sensory invocation, a return to your body, your heart, and the timeless wisdom of the Rose.

Sam Procter

Sam Procter is a somatic healer whose journey from physically intense work on drilling rigs to intuitive body-oriented practice has shaped a uniquely grounded, compassionate approach to breathwork and therapy.

He holds an MSc in Sports Therapy and brings clinical rigour together with sensitivity, creating a space where the body’s wisdom can emerge.

In his breathwork sessions, Sam curates conditions for your nervous system to reset, for ingrained tension or emotion to be released, and for your innate capacity for balance and clarity to surface.

His breathwork is a bridge - from overthinking to embodied presence - weaving together physical healing, emotional release, and deep rest in one integrative experience.
