About
This is essentially a fairytale, as described by the author. It covers the story of the animals at Manor Farm rising against Farmer Jones who has neglected the farm and cared little for the animals. Under the leadership of pigs Napoleon, Squealer and Snowball, the animals rebel and take over the farm. Vowing to eliminate the terrible inequities of the farmyard, the renamed Animal Farm is organised to benefit all those who walk on four legs.
