Expecting a baby in June/July 2024?
Secure your spot on a local antenatal class in Brighton and meet other parents-to-be.
This is a 6-week course that runs every Monday, starting from 8th April 2024.
Taught by a local midwife, we'll cover 12 hours worth of topics to answer those frequently asked questions, like when to go to the hospital in labour, can I have a home birth, what are the benefits of a water birth, what are my choices if baby is breach, what is an epidural, how often do I feed my baby, and do I want to breastfeed or formula feed?
The list can feel endless! But we have it all covered for you.
Not only does our course talk about those usual topics, but you'll also get an introduction to some newer topics in the world of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Things like stem cell banking, upright birthing, and delayed cord clamping, using the latest evidence.
