About
Bachata is a popular style of music and partner dance that originated in the Dominican Republic, but is now widely known throughout the world.
During this weekly event we'll go through the basics of the dance, progressing each week with new concepts and moves, and giving you the opportunity to practice with music.
This event is open to everyone, regardless of dance experience. You do not need to bring a partner as you'll be paired up on the day and we'll switch partners regularly throughout the class.
This is a small and friendly class. No need to perform. Go at your own pace to learn the dance each week, and then you'll be ready to join the many Bachata nights and socials around Brighton.
