You will be hands on with your food preparation, this is not a cooking demonstration! So be ready to get to grips with the tools of our trade.
Come and learn about the tools of the trade – slice and dice your way through veg, fish & meat prep alongside practical tips on knife sharpening and choosing the right knives for you.
Included in this session: 2-hour professional cookery tuition, ingredients, equipment, protective apron and mineral water throughout.
