Join us for a Community Mindful Walk! Would you like to join a led walk in your local park. This is funded through Brighton Natural Health Foundation, a local charity supporting the growth in Mindful Movement for all.
It will include:
* a led walk, with simple mindful practices in natures.
* a friendly, supportive group
