About
Creative Space is an ongoing creative wellbeing group - designed to support self expression, confidence and connection through art.
The group runs throughout the year in 4-week booking blocks. Participants are welcome to continue for as many blocks as they wish and new members are welcome to join at the start of each block, subject to availability.
No previous artistic experience is needed.
Sessions are relaxed, supportive and suitable for all abilities.
Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace in a friendly, non-judgemental environment.
Each week will explore a different creative theme, technique or art material. You can:
* Follow the suggested activity
* Develop the theme in your own unique way
* Bring your own creative project to work on with support and encouragement
The group is facilitated by an experienced artist, creative facilitator and mentor with extensive experience running creative wellbeing groups and providing one to one support. Sessions are tailored to individual interests, abilities and goals, helping each participant develop their creativity in a way that feels meaningful and enjoyable for them.
This booking covers the June/July 2026 block of Creative Space.
Creative Space runs throughout the year in 4-week booking blocks.
Future booking blocks will be available for participants who wish to continue.
