And for those who know that we're all human doing our best. Breaking through into deeper and deeper naturalness in motion. The whole range of feelings and emotions and states of being in embodied presence.

Each set is a live mix that contains- or brings out into expression- a wide range of energies. Because we all contain these energies. The sheer range. And the varied soundscape of tracks touches upon and helps us touch upon the different parts of ourselves in our dance journey. We dance with and through our thoughts, feelings and sensations, coming to greater presence and clarity through the act of dedication to the dance.
