Infectiously wriggle-inducing sonics from the drumming powerhouse behind Preoccupations and Women (two DS faves), who has added post-punk synths and baritone vox to his propulsive stickwork.

Whilst he's touring the UK with Crack Cloud, Mike Wallace has found a small window of opportunity to bring his sizzling sounds to the south coast and we've thrown ourselves straight through it. This is a rare chance to catch the Canadian in full scintillating flow and not to be missed!

Misha Phillips' solo project sees her tearing down the boundaries between flayed-amplifier noise rock and highly resonant slowcore which trembles under the poignant lyrical weight. You might have caught her in Pascagoula, Mulholland, or when she's punishing the drum kit as part of Lambrini Girls, if not now's your opportunity to rectify that.
