Friday Night is Music Night

About

There’s music for everyone in BBC Radio 3’s Friday Night is Music Night, live from Brighton Dome!

Join the BBC Concert Orchestra and BBC Radio 3 for an evening of orchestral favourites and unforgettable classical tunes, celebrating the stunning Brighton Dome and the vibrant cultural role it has played in the city since it opened over 200 years ago.

George Jackson conducts an exciting programme including music by Elgar, Samuel Coleridge Taylor, Grieg, Vaughn Williams and Walton. Plus a special guest singer joins the orchestra to perform songs made famous by Ella Fitzgerald and Nina Simone, who both sang at Brighton Dome over the years.

Don’t miss this exciting celebration as the BBC’s popular, long-running radio show comes to town!
