Join us for an intimate guided tour around the house at Charleston in Firle.
A knowledgeable visitor assistant will guide you through the modernist home and studio of the painters Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant. Learn more about the art and lives of the inhabitants, discover how we conserve and maintain our collection and absorb the unique atmosphere of this living, breathing work of art.
Tours take place daily and will start at 9:45 AM throughout the year. We highly recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment.
Please note that scaffolding is currently in place around parts of the house as part of our Studio 100 conservation work. This does not affect access to the house or your visit. Read more about the project here.
