About

Join an informal and interactive conversation - maybe even a new game(!) - hosted by Sussex And The City podcast host, Richard Freeman and other leaders from the Sussex Futures Network. An accessible and fun deep-dive into culture, identity, community, power and place and what it means for the whole of Sussex over the coming decades.

The event will take place at Colonnade House and all ticket sales proceeds are going to the Adur & Worthing Trust.

About Sussex And The City

Sussex And The City is an independent and non-political project, led by insights and engagement agency, Always Possible. The focus is on clarifying the major reorganisation affecting Sussex and Brighton in 2026 and beyond through devolution.

It is a podcast and blog series aimed at establishing the county's strengths and opportunities, and what a new directly elected mayor can build on to ensure the whole of Sussex flourishes.

About the Sussex Futures Network

The SFN is an independent collective exploring the future potential of Sussex. In the context of devolution and the transformation of our political landscape, our ambition is to bring people together across communities, sectors and geographies to shape a more regenerative, equitable, and trusted concept of Sussex.

Rooted in curiosity, lived experience, and shared power, we want to build the connections and conditions for lasting systems change that leads to sustainable opportunities, for all.
