Join amazing author/illustrators CHRIS RIDDELL and VIVIANE SCHWARZ for a cosy hour of storytelling and drawing to celebrate their beautiful new picture book I WILL HAUNT THIS.
I WILL HAUNT THIS is the story of a little ghost who is looking for a new home - somewhere old, cosy and made with love.
Chris and Viv will entertain children with a reading of the story accompanied by Chris's incredible live drawing, projected onto a screen with music, plus there will be a chance for children to draw along with Viv.
About the event
This picture book event is suitable for children of 4 years and up. Accompanying adults don't need to buy a ticket, and are welcome to stay and watch. Viv and Chris encourage any grownups who know how, to have a go at knitting or crocheting a square for their collaborative ghost quilt! The event will take place in the large rear kitchen / diner room out back of the bookshop. It might be a bit of a squash and a squeeze so we are sorry, there will not be space for pushchairs.
Child tickets are 5 each and are redeemable to get 5 off purchase of the book (8.99)
