Jazz at St Andrews Presents; Sean Fyfe

About

One of London's most in-demand pianists, Sean brings a compelling blend of virtuosity and elegance to the stage. Deeply rooted in the hard-bop tradition, his playing draws inspiration from jazz greats like Cedar Walton, Bill Evans, Bobby Timmons, and Wynton Kelly. With a distinctive voice both at the keyboard and as a composer, Sean's style is both timeless and fresh. This special performance features music from his latest album Follow-Up, recorded in the UK with his dynamic quartet: Dave OHiggins (tenor sax), Matt Fishwick (drums), and Luke Fowler (bass) plus Chris Coull (trumpet).
