Lpos Musical Productions Presents: The Sound Of Music

About

Join LPOS Musical Productions as we bring the well-loved classic 'The Sound of Music', to the Windmill Entertainment Centre.

When a young nun named Maria proves too spirited for convent life in 1930s Austria, she is sent by Mother Abbess to serve as a governess to seven children of a widowed naval officer, Captain Georg von Trapp. The Captain runs his household like a military ship, complete with whistles and rigid discipline. The children initially trick and chase away previous governesses, but Maria wins them over with her kindness, patience, and love for music. Will Maria break through the Captain's rigid exterior too?
