In its second year, The Mehfil Space @mehfilspace [http://@mehfilspace] is delighted to bring Ustad Noor Bakhsh [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRtv6WDWH7A] back to Brighton & Hove after two sell out shows at The Rose Hill. Ustad Noor travels again to share with you the delights of music from Balochistan - the south west of Pakistan.
Kamelo with flamenco guitar and singer duo - singer, Martin Paredes and guitarist, Fergus Paton will open the evening with a repertoire of authentic flamenco.
The concept of "Mehfil" is defined as "a gathering where music or poetry is performed for a small audience in an intimate setting." This is a fantastic opportunity to see Ustad Noor perform in the intimate space of the music hub atThe Brunswick [https://www.brunswickpub.co.uk/]. There will also be other surprise musical visitors from Pakistan.
Every concert becomes a collaborative dialogue, with all musicians collectively shaping the musical journey.
