myndstate is a spoken-word artist known for blending hard-hitting, vulnerable performances with wit and humour. His words - full of emotion, storytelling, and rhyme - have made him a national poetry slam winner, got him featured on BBC, Sky, and Attitude, plus have amassed millions of views online.
His new show takes you on a journey of hope & survival through his debut collection, deep breath. Exploring themes of sexuality, identity, love, and shame, it beautifully narrates the struggles of finding yourself, and your place, in a world that often doesn’t want you to belong.
Having spent much of his life holding his breath, hiding who he is, myndstate's latest performance has him fully exhaling - and you can’t help but do it too.
