Eleanor Shearer's work focuses on the Caribbean, post-slavery. River Sing Me Home, her debut novel published in 2023 was a Good Morning America Book Club pick, a finalist for the Dayton Literary Peace Prize, and one of TIME's Must-Read Books of 2023. She will be talking about her new novel Fireflies in Winter published in 2026.
