About
Birthed by the Black members of our production crew and collaborators, we came up with Rapture! as celebration and exploration of Black music and its queer histories. We’re bringing you to the dance floor to move to the sound of the artists who birthed and kept alive the genre + the ones whose innovations birthed new genres of sound that to this day don’t always recognise them.
If you’ve been to a Church of Italo event before then you know to expect fashion, your new favourite DJ, surprises, prizes and a radical unapologetic celebration of queerness.
