We are delighted to offer our Santa's Grotto experience at Dobbies to children who may have additional needs.

Selected dates in December | £15 per child

Please note, these sessions can only be pre-booked, with no queuing on the day and a reduced number of families attending in each slot. During your visit, we'll ensure all music is off, twinkling lights are removed or switched off, and we'll email you photos of the grotto prior to the visit, so your children know what to expect to see on the day. You also have the option of having your child's soft toy collectable gift in the presentation bag or not.

As you journey through the village, little ones can enjoy a range of activities before meeting Santa and receiving a special gift to remember their visit.

Children can make a wish in our enchanted wishing well before entering through the magic door to the North Pole village.

They’ll take part in various activities in our Grotto ‘shops’, ending at our Penguin Post Office.

Each family can enjoy dedicated time with Santa to share their Christmas wishes and all children with a ticket will receive a special collectable penguin soft toy in an optional presentation bag to take home as a memento and gift from Santa.

There’ll be photo opportunities available throughout the experience, as well as the chance to take a professional, printed photo with Santa with reduced rates at the time of booking.

Professional printed photography is available, allowing the whole family to be part of the memory.Pre-book your photo package to save 20%, with photo books and festive keepsake frames also available.
